B392 Competitive Programming

Prerequisite(s): CSCI-C 343.

This course focuses on training students to prepare for programming contests (such as the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest). The students will learn to design time and space efficient algorithms to solve challenging contest problems, and produce bug-free code under the pressure of time in contest. May be repeated for a maximum of 6 credit hours.
