Day of Fair Schedule

8:00am  – 9:00am: Women in IT Check-in and Set-up
9:00am  – 10:30am: Women in IT Reception
9:30am  – 11:00am: Employer Check-In and Set-Up
11:00am – 4:00pm: Career Fair open to students
12:30pm – 2:30pm: Lunch available for employers
2:30pm  – 4:30pm: Soup & Salad bar for employers
4:00pm: Career Fair ends

Women in IT Reception
Thursday, January 25, 2018 - 9:00am - 10:30am
Bloomington Convention Center, Cook Group Rooms
The Women in IT Reception is an event connecting women students from the School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering with employers seeking to support the advancement of women in the tech industry. Meet and greet with students and other employer representatives from a variety of industries. Breakfast, 9am - 9:30am; Brief remarks by an industry leader and networking 9:30am - 10:30am. (Employers attending may being setting up their Career Fair booths at 8:00am.)

Registration Details

Career Fair Registration Fees
All registration fees include one 8-foot table for your display, black table covering, parking, wireless internet access, lunch for recruiters, and company listing online and in the event guide. 

Career Fair + Women in IT Reception:

  • Gold Sponsors: $1000.00
  • General Registrations: $650.00 – After October 6 - $700.00
  • Government Agencies & Non-Profit Companies: $450.00  – After October 6 - $500.00
  • Start-Up Companies: $300.00  – After October 6 - $350.00
  • IU Offices: $300.00  – After October 6 - $350.00

Career Fair Only

  • Gold Sponsors: $1000.00
  • General Registrations: $450.00  – After October 6 - $500.00
  • Government Agencies & Non-profit Companies: $250.00  – After October 6 - $300.00
  • Start-Up Companies: $100.00  – After October 6 - $150.00
  • IU Offices: $100  – After October 6 - $150.00

Gold Sponsor Registration includes the following additional benefits:

  • Prime booth location in the Convention Center
  • Company logo and Gold Sponsor recognition on Career Fair promotional posters (must be registered by January 1)
  • Company logo and Gold Sponsor recognition on Career Fair shuttle bus marketing
  • Designation in event brochure and online listing as a Gold Sponsor
  • Free admission to the Women in IT Reception

Due to space constraints, we are unable to register organizations for more than one display table. If you are interested in having an additional display table, requests will be considered and if space is available, additional tables will be sold as needed.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Ellen Rodkey at ellen@iu.edu no later than Wednesday, January 17 to be eligible for a refund (less a $20 processing fee for paid registrations). Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.

Employer Guide
For additional information about everything you need to know about the Career Fair, from travel and lodging to hosting on-campus interviews, the Career Fair Employer Guide will be available October 1.
